What is it?

Homethinking allows you to post a profile on their website and post your most recent transactions. You get a profile that displays contact information, what kind of market you’re in, the prices of the homes you’re selling, how many homes you are selling right now, and lets user review and comment on your services. The site also offers a mortgage research tab which allows you to see information about mortgages in specific areas. Homethinking has a home search feature as well that allows visitors to search for homes in a local area. The site offers you the chance to sign up to come up first in searches with their sponsored agents feature.

How it can help you?

It can help not only by having your name and contact information on another search engine, which will increase your chances of getting more business online, but you can attract people to the properties you are selling at the moment too. The mortgage research feature can also give you some decent background information on what the market is like in certain areas.
